The third edition of the VIAVY SMART training, organized by ONG JADE, took place from May 17 to 21, 2021 at the CRJS in Toamasina. This Microsoft Excel training was aimed at the general public as well as female volunteer members of ONG JADE. The trainer was Mrs. COUDIDI Fara Tatiana, a professional in the field. The training lasted 5 days, for a total of 27.5 hours.

In total, 31 young women took part in the training. The certificates were presented at ONG JADE's headquarters in the presence of the organization's president and the program manager. The event was filmed by a journalist from the TVM and TV Masôva channels. To close the event, a cocktail reception was organized with the beneficiaries and some members of the organization.

Excel training is very important for participants, especially for women. Excel is a tool widely used in the business world to manage data and create dashboards. A good command of Excel is therefore very useful for finding a job in many sectors, including finance, accounting and human resources. In addition, learning Excel can also help women better manage their professional and personal lives by allowing them to plan their work and private life more effectively.

Lastly, the VIAVY SMART 2021 training was a success, not only in terms of participation, but also in terms of results. Thanks to this training, 31 young women were able to acquire new Excel skills, which will give them a competitive edge in the job market. The certification obtained is a valuable addition to their CV and recognition of their hard work. ONG JADE's active members should be commended for organizing this training, which has a positive impact on the lives of women in the community.
