Team Building 2022

NGO JADE organized an excursion and team building event on December 17 and 18, 2022 at Ampasinambo Agro-Camping, a tourist site located 29 km southwest of Tamatave. The main objective of this event was to strengthen team cohesion and create a moment of sharing and solidarity among the NGO's members.

The event's program began with departure from Tamatave to Ampasinambo, where the team was warmly welcomed by the Ampasinambo Agro-Camping staff. After lunch, members set up camp and then went on a hike to the waterfall. During Saturday evening, entertainment and group games were organized to encourage interaction among members.

On Sunday morning, the team building took the form of various group games aimed at strengthening memory, concentration, cohesion, confidence, dynamism and leadership. Two teams were formed, Winner and Masôva. At the end of the morning, the game results were announced and certificates of recognition were presented to the best volunteers of 2022 of NGO JADE. After lunch, the group headed back to Tamatave by boat.

This excursion and team building had a very positive impact on NGO JADE's members. It allowed them to strengthen their cohesion, develop their team spirit, share experiences, and spend moments of joy and conviviality together. It was an unforgettable experience for all the NGO's members and a great opportunity to recharge before resuming ongoing projects.
