Monitoring and evaluation of 2020-2021 schooling support at EPP Ambodimanga 2

The monitoring of 2020-2021 schooling support for the scholarship pupils supported by ONG Jade for the 2020-2021 school year took place on May 20, 2021 at EPP Ambodimanga 2. The objectives of this evaluation were manifold: to check and improve the results of the 15 scholarship pupils, as well as to provide training on personal development and effective communication techniques to all those involved in these pupils' schooling.

Two volunteer members of ONG Jade, RANDRIANASARA Morel Max Francis and Fidelice THOUSSAIN, traveled to the site to carry out this evaluation. The results obtained showed a significant improvement in the scholarship pupils' academic performance, thanks to the efforts made by the teachers, parents and the pupils themselves.

The training provided on personal development and effective communication techniques was also very beneficial for all those involved in the scholarship pupils' schooling. Teachers, parents and pupils thus acquired new skills that will enable them to ensure better academic success in the years to come. ONG Jade will continue to support these pupils to offer them the best possible learning conditions and enable them to reach their full potential.
