PhD candidate at I'SSEDD, Institut Supérieur des Sciences Environnement Développement Durable (formerly GRENE), University of Toamasina.
The main purpose of this training was to enable ONG JADE's active members to master TOR drafting techniques. This drafting technique is used to describe the tasks and objectives of a specific mission or project. TORs are very important for the successful implementation of a project, as they clarify the expectations and responsibilities of stakeholders.
During the training, participants learned how to structure TORs clearly and concisely, using simple language accessible to everyone. ONG JADE members also learned how to incorporate stakeholder expectations into TORs, to ensure that all parties involved in the project understand the objectives and expected results. Ultimately, this training on TOR drafting techniques will help ONG JADE carry out its projects more effectively and successfully achieve its objectives.
