I am TSIAMBAKA Rolandia Adèle, a student at ISSEDD, the "Higher Institute of Sciences, Environment & Sustainable Development". I am fascinated by environmental protection and social development. My desire to take concrete action for the planet and for the most vulnerable populations led me to join ONG JADE.
This non-profit organization shares my values and ambitions, notably through its mission of schooling disadvantaged children and promoting entrepreneurship. By working with JADE, I am motivated to actively contribute to raising awareness among urban residents about environmental pollution,
as well as to popularizing environmental education.

Experience

December 2023: Selected as active member of JADE – Environmental Protection area

Take part in carrying out project tasks
Contribute to research and data collection on social and environmental issues, community needs, and possible solutions.
Take part in awareness campaigns on environmental issues and the promotion of ICT tools (Information and Communication Technology)
Carry out monitoring and evaluation of the NGO's projects

December 2022: Mentee in the Environmental Protection area, mentored by EDMON Dolin

Take part in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to strengthen their professional skills and gain new knowledge.
Assist the mentor with their daily tasks, in particular by carrying out research, drafting reports, or organizing events.
Carry out monitoring and evaluation by collecting data and preparing reports to help the NGO improve its programs and achieve its goals.
