I am MILA Edithe Irène; volunteering for ONG JADE is a true calling for me.
As a dynamic and principled young woman, I am proud to be part of the team that helps with the primary schooling of disadvantaged children in rural areas and the creation of businesses by young people in the former province of Toamasina.
My commitment to ONG JADE is driven by my desire to help reduce poverty in my community. I firmly believe that job creation and the development of entrepreneurship are effective ways to achieve this.

Experience

January – November 2022: Treasurer of the « VOGNY » Program, 3rd cohort

Manage and control expenses and revenues.
Monitor the NGO's project expenses, ensuring they comply with the NGO's budgets and standards.
Provide regular financial reports to partners, donors, and local authorities, ensuring that financial information is accurate and transparent.

September 2021: Selected as active member – Poverty Reduction area

Take part in carrying out project tasks
Contribute to research and data collection on social and environmental issues, community needs, and possible solutions.
Take part in awareness campaigns on environmental issues.
Carry out monitoring and evaluation of the projects

February 2022: Selected as Friend of Jade

Take part in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to strengthen their professional skills and gain new knowledge about the NGO's projects
Carry out monitoring and evaluation by collecting data and preparing reports to help the NGO improve its programs and achieve its goals.
