JADE Coordinator

I am RASASAMPY Charly Joël, a student at FTP, and I firmly believe that ICT can play a key role in social development.
ICT gives young people access to new knowledge and new opportunities, and can help break down geographic and economic barriers.
That is why I am very happy to volunteer with ONG JADE to promote the use of ICT among young people.

Experience

January 2023–present: ICT Officer (Information and Communication Technology)

Design action plans for projects in the ICT area
Implement decisions made at the General Assembly.
Assign the tasks needed to carry out projects to active members
Provide project reports on the area
Ensure monitoring and evaluation of the projects
Take on specific responsibilities related to the NGO's projects, such as budget or human resource management, ensuring that activities are carried out effectively and efficiently.

December 2022: Nominated Best Volunteer, ICT area

September 2022: Nominated Volunteer of the Month for September.

January 2022 – January 2023: Mivelogna Staff – Logistics Officer

Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all logistics operations related to the NGO's projects. This includes managing purchases and materials for beneficiaries of the Mivelogna program.
Ensure that purchases are made efficiently and in accordance with beneficiaries' needs, ensuring product quality and complying with the NGO's purchasing and documentation policies.

September 2021: Selected as active member

Take part in carrying out project tasks
Contribute to research and data collection on social and environmental issues, community needs, and possible solutions.
Take part in awareness campaigns on environmental issues and the promotion of ICT tools (Information and Communication Technology)
Carry out monitoring and evaluation of the NGO's projects

February 2021: Selected as Friend of JADE

Take part in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to strengthen their professional skills and gain new knowledge about the NGO's projects
Carry out monitoring and evaluation by collecting data and preparing reports to help the NGO improve its programs and achieve its goals.
