Charles Victorio was a dynamic volunteer for ONG JADE. He brought valuable skills to the organization, notably his expertise in recycling waste into concrete paving blocks. His remarkable contribution to the NGO was noted in numerous projects, such as the symposiums, the Ocean Initiatives 2018 and 2019, the Schooling of disadvantaged children in 2019, and the Open days of 2018.
