I am LAIHOAVY Christina, a student at ISSEDD, the "Higher Institute of Sciences, Environment & Sustainable Development"; I am fascinated by environmental protection and social development.
My commitment to ONG JADE is driven by my passion for promoting environmental education and youth entrepreneurship,
particularly in rural areas of the former province of Toamasina. JADE is an organization that shares my values and ambitions,
notably through its mission of schooling disadvantaged children and promoting entrepreneurship.

Experience

January 2023: Mivelogna Project Staff – Logistics Officer

Responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating all logistics operations related to the NGO's projects. This includes managing purchases and materials for beneficiaries of the Mivelogna program.
Ensure that purchases are made efficiently and in accordance with beneficiaries' needs, ensuring product quality and complying with the NGO's purchasing and documentation policies.

December 2022: Nominated Best Volunteer of the Year, Environmental Protection area

September 2022: Selected as active member – Environmental Protection area

Contribute to research and data collection on social and environmental issues, community needs, and possible solutions.

Take part in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to strengthen their professional skills and gain new knowledge about the NGO's projects
Assist the mentor with their daily tasks, in particular by carrying out research, drafting reports, or organizing events.
Carry out monitoring and evaluation by collecting data and preparing reports to help the NGO improve its programs and achieve its goals.
