As a dynamic and principled young person, my involvement with ONG JADE is a constant source of motivation for me,
because I firmly believe in its mission to fight poverty by promoting the schooling of disadvantaged children in rural areas and encouraging entrepreneurship among young people in the former province of Toamasina. For me, helping young people fulfill their potential and have a positive impact on their community is essential for full and sustainable development.
It is therefore with conviction and passion that I am committed to ONG JADE, convinced that every young person has the power to change the world in their own way.

Experience

January 2024–present: Board Member – Secretary General

Define the NGO's strategy based on its objectives and mission. They may also propose specific strategies for individual projects.
Represent the NGO with partners, donors, and local authorities, ensuring that the NGO's interests are protected and promoted.

December 2022: Nominated Best Volunteer of the Year, Poverty Reduction area

September 2021–present: Selected as active member

Take part in carrying out project tasks
Contribute to research and data collection on social and environmental issues, community needs, and possible solutions.
Take part in awareness campaigns on environmental issues and the promotion of ICT tools (Information and Communication Technology)
Carry out monitoring and evaluation of the NGO's projects

February 2021: Selected as Friend of JADE

Take part in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to strengthen their professional skills and gain new knowledge about the NGO's projects
Carry out monitoring and evaluation by collecting data and preparing reports to help the NGO improve its programs and achieve its goals.
