My name is Haja Ericko RAJOELISON, I am a Management student and passionate about social development and entrepreneurship.
My commitment to ONG JADE is driven by the goal of helping reduce poverty by helping disadvantaged children access primary education in rural areas and by encouraging business creation among young people in the former Province of Toamasina.
I enjoy working in a team and I am convinced that we can make a big difference in people's lives by collaborating with members of the community.

Experience

January 2023 – August 2025: Coordinator of the « VOGNY » Program

Ensure coordination between the teams working on the program's projects, making sure all activities are integrated and shared objectives are achieved.
Manage human resources, ensuring that volunteers are recruited, trained, motivated, and evaluated effectively.
Coordinate with partners from other organizations, institutions, and businesses to strengthen the NGO's capacities and increase its impact.

December 2022: Nominated Best Volunteer of the Year, Environmental Protection area

September 2022: Selected as active member in the Poverty Reduction area

Take part in carrying out project tasks
Contribute to research and data collection on social and environmental issues, community needs, and possible solutions.
Take part in awareness campaigns on environmental issues and the promotion of ICT tools (Information and Communication Technology)
Carry out monitoring and evaluation of the NGO's projects

February 2022: Selected as Friend of JADE

Take part in meetings, training sessions, and workshops to strengthen their professional skills and gain new knowledge about the NGO's projects
Carry out monitoring and evaluation by collecting data and preparing reports to help the NGO improve its programs and achieve its goals.
