HUBERT TA Lynda

She was coordinator of ONG JADE from 2009 to 2010 and became its President from 2010 to 2013.
She places great importance on young people's voice and civic action as a driver of development and a vector for change. Under her presidency, several of the NGO's flagship activities were put in place, such as the annual schooling project for disadvantaged children, the Jade Magazine (2009), the Green Class (2009), and Madagascar's sole participation in the debates among young people worldwide during COP 15 via video conference (2009).
Lynda still holds the status of honorary member within ONG JADE today.
