I am MIRATINA Quincy, a computer science student at CNAM University; ICT is a true passion of mine. From a very young age,
I have always been fascinated by computers and new technologies. That is why I got involved with enthusiasm in ONG JADE to promote the use of ICT among young people in the former Province of Toamasina. I am convinced that ICT is an essential lever for development for young people and gives them access to all
the riches of the digital world.
